What might they have done differently?
When the former members look back on their time in the group, things occur to them retrospectively, which they would do differently today, if they were still in the group. (Naturally, with no regard to whether such behavior would be at all possible in the group and its structures.)
Important points for them are individuality and freedom: they’d like to have more time for personal thoughts, for a private relationship with God, and for personal relaxation. Likewise, they’d like to better respect the freedom and individuality of the other [members]. If someone has a different opinion, they’d like to present their own opinion more openly and to act more strongly from their own convictions and not from rules set forth by the group. They’d maintain more relaxed and open relationships with family and acquaintances.
